Mutyairi provides an online driving theory test preparation platform that includes:

• Interactive driving theory test questions with 3-option format (A, B, C)
• Image-based traffic scenario questions
• Timed practice tests (25 questions per test)
• Test result tracking and performance analytics
• Downloadable study materials (PDF resources)
• Premium subscription services for unlimited access

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account by providing:

• A valid username
• A valid email address
• A secure password

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $3.00 USD. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile settings. Please note:

• No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for subscription fees, including partial months or unused time
• Access Retention: When you cancel, you will retain premium access until the end of your current billing period
• Immediate Effect: Your subscription will not auto-renew after cancellation
• Resubscription: You may resubscribe at any time by visiting your profile

Important: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

4.3 Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods for premium features. Trial terms will be clearly communicated at the time of sign-up.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute test questions or materials without permission
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's servers or networks
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Test questions and answers
• Traffic scenario images
• Study materials and PDFs
• Software code and design
• Logos and branding

are the property of Mutyairi or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Test Results and Performance Data

The Platform tracks and stores your test performance data, including:

• Test scores and completion times
• Answer selections and correctness
• Performance trends and analytics
• Category-specific performance

This data is used to provide you with personalized insights and improve your learning experience.

8. Download Tracking

Free Users: Download activity is tracked for analytics purposes

Premium Users: Unlimited downloads during active subscription

Download counts are tracked per user account for platform analytics and improvement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy or completeness of test content
• Fitness for passing official driving tests
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmission

Important: This Platform is for practice and study purposes only. It does not guarantee success in official driving theory tests. Always refer to official government resources for authoritative information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mutyairi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or information
• Failure to pass official driving tests
• Business interruption
• Lost profits or revenue

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

11. User-Generated Content

While the Platform currently does not allow user-generated content, if this feature is added in the future, you agree that any content you submit:

• Must not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Grants us a license to use, modify, and display the content
• Can be removed by us at any time without notice

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature (if available).
